"Digienter" is committed to your satisfaction. If you have purchased digital / hard goods / subscription and Services from Digienter and are unhappy with the Services received, you may be eligible for a refund / partial refund if requested within 10 days of the original purchase date.Once refund will be approved, it will be credited to your original payment method within 10 working days.

Refunds of Service:

To be eligible for return and refund, the following steps must be taken:

Non-returnable Items:

The following items are non-returnable as stated at the time of purchase on www.digienter.com.

• Digital Services.
• Website Designing.
• Web Development.
• Digital Marketing.

All the services are on a best effort basis with time & man-power.

All projects begin with a complete analysis and creation of a scope of work.

No payment will be refunded once the client approves mockup designs and we move into the development phase of the project.

As there is time spent to achieve every milestone and complete every module, a refund is not possible for work already completed.

When you engage a digital marketing agency or any service provider, it's essential to carefully review the terms and conditions, especially the refund policy, before making any payments. If the no-refund policy is clearly outlined in their contract, then they are within their rights to enforce it. If you have concerns or disputes regarding their services or the terms of the agreement, it's advisable to communicate directly with Digienter to discuss your concerns and seek a resolution. Cancellation Policy

Digienter follows different cancellation policies for its Search Engine Optimization, Website Designing & Development, and other services. Kindly refer to respective service agreements for more details on the cancellation policy.

All cancellation requests must be submitted to the respective department of Digienter. You may submit your cancellation requests by email, fax and/or direct mail or phone. Your request will not be considered valid unless and until you receive confirmation from our accounts or billing department. The affirmation email or number given by the accounts department of Digienter will act as proof of the cancellation of service.

• Domain Name Registration Services : Once you purchase your Domain Name, you are its owner and it cannot be "cancelled" until the duration of the domain term has expired. Domain names are controlled worldwide by Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers (ICANN ) organization and we do not have any control over
• Cancellation of service renewals for on-going website promotion, website hosting or domain registration services must be made at least seven 7 business days prior to the end of the current service period.
• Requests received later than seven 7 business days prior to the end of the current service period will be treated as cancellation of services for the next service period.
• No cancellations are entertained for those services that the Digienter had offered on promotional offer / special occasions or Discount period. These are limited occasion offers by the company and hence cancellations are not possible in any conditions.
• Digienter also reserves the rights to cancel your account any time without any notice and refund.
